About Bill

Bill grew up in Delaware and Northern Maryland. He suffered losses early in life when his Dad died of cancer when he was three and his mom died of leukemia when he was seven. He was raised by his Grandparents while his brother and sister were raised by other family friends and relatives. This expanded his family to include the children of his sister's adopted family. Adoption has always been important to Bill because he saw that it expands the family, and he always had more people that loved him. We consider all Bill's siblings as true siblings, regardless of biology.

Bill has an older brother and sister, two younger sisters and one younger brother. Bill is very close to all of them and visits regularly. He also has many aunts, uncles and cousins that we go to amusement parks and camping with every summer.

Bill is an Electrician and Generator Technician. He also teaches night school to future and current electrician's wishing to get their Master's license. He is very handy around the house and is able to do most household repairs and car repairs himself. We never have to worry about losing power because Bill runs a backup generator to ensure we always have heat and food.

Bill loves history and the outdoors. He loves to spend weekends traveling to historical parks and taking in the scenery and the history. Camping is also a large part of our life. Bill loves to make a campfire and roast marshmallows. When he isn't enjoying the outdoors, Bill loves to watch movies and eat popcorn.
